After many years in credit control, I’m still astonished at the incredible amount of documentation that even small companies need to hold. It’s often kept as hard copy, but now more commonly on secure servers. But it’s so important to be able to change the permission levels that control access and editing at the time of filing.

It’s equally important to be able to find and release documents to those that need to view or produce the document urgently, without fuss or expense. CCP allows you to set up your document library exactly as you choose.

For example you may choose to allow your staff to access the document on their employment file, or add new permissions due to a new staff member joining a department.

The new GDPR legislation is very specific on data control, and while data must be stored securely, and used correctly, it is also necessary to provide and allow the specified rights of access.
