Instant Reports

Through the Admin menu interrogators are able to produce reports on demand to get up to date information on calling campaigns of all types. This feature allows real time control.

Report Types

There are 5 main reports that will show the performance of calling campaigns, outcomes and the status of the the database. Other automatic reports display Client and User information.

Report Filters

All reports may be filtered to enable detailed analysis and comparisons of individual clients, campaigns, and teleagents, all between specified date ranges.
